Inna brings over 15 years of experience in the pharma and biotech industries, including leading complex clinical projects from the planning stages through full implementation. Over the years, she has supported innovative companies from early development, through clinical trial management and quality processes, and up to obtaining regulatory approvals for their products. As the Training Center Manager, Inna continuously monitors innovations and updates in quality and regulatory practices across the healthcare and life sciences industries, ensuring they are translated into training programs that are current, practical, and results oriented. She supports the training staff in developing courses and professional programs that address the evolving needs of the biomedical industry, with a strong emphasis on relevance, professional depth, and immediate applicability. The center is characterized by a hands on, outcome driven approach and is led by active industry experts, positioning it as a leading platform in Israel for empowering professionals in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, engineering and validation, and clinical operations. Inna’s ability to combine extensive industry experience with innovation and rapid translation of knowledge into action makes her the natural choice to manage Gstudy and continue developing it as a leading and high performing training center in its field.
