Meir Podriadchik Paz

Mr. Meir Podriadčík Paz holds a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem
and a Master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Bio-Medical Systems Management (Bio-M.B.A) 
from the Academic Track at the College of Management.

Meir is a Quality Assurance (QA) expert with over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, working in compliance with stringent regulatory requirements (EMA, GMP, FDA, Ministry of Health). Throughout his career, Meir has served in diverse quality management roles and led projects in Quality Management Systems (QMS), deviation handling, Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and change control. Additionally, he has accumulated extensive experience in conducting internal audits, managing and preparing for regulatory inspections, writing procedures and annual reports, and leading aseptic processes and environmental monitoring in clean rooms.

In his role at Gsap, Meir served as Quality Manager and in quality systems support roles at leading client sites, including: Rotem Industries, Beckman Coulter, and ISORAD. He also served as Quality Manager at leading pharmaceutical companies, including Dexcel Pharma, Meditec (Sam-On), and as Senior Quality Representative at BTG (Bio Technology General) – where he fulfilled a series of professional roles over several years, ranging from QC laboratories to responsibility for batch releases to international markets.

Meir brings a unique combination of in-depth regulatory knowledge, practical industry experience, and professional leadership capabilities for improvement and certification processes at complex manufacturing sites.
