Before joining Gsap, she held several key roles at TEVA Plantex, culminating in her position as Site Quality Head, where she was responsible for site-wide quality operations and led successful regulatory and customer audits.

Throughout her career, Sivane has developed deep practical expertise in GMP and GDP practices—including quality system implementation, investigations, CAPAs, process and cleaning validations, internal and external audits, supplier qualification, and regulatory inspection readiness.

At Gsap, she supports a wide range of pharma and medical companies in building and maintaining robust quality systems, preparing for regulatory inspections (IMOH, FDA), and delivering tailored quality training.

She is a sought-after instructor in professional courses and leads GDP training sessions covering topics such as distribution chain management, shipping qualification, temperature control, serialization, documentation, and global regulatory expectations.
