Tali Ohayon-Lavi holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering and Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.).
Tali has 15 years of quality experience in pharmaceutical industries.
Before joining Gsap she worked more than 10 years at the TEVA Tech site as quality coordinator and compliance auditor, and as quality manager at Wavelength Pharma.
Tali has knowledge and experience in product management and managing site quality, founding and managing quality systems in the pharma and cannabis industries as well as leading internal and external audits, and audit outcomes, preparing the companies for various regulatory audits, and rich experience in managing teams.
As part of her position at Gsap, Tali is leading and participating in projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
In the last couple of years, Tali has led with great success many projects combining construction and upgrade of quality systems. Implementation of quality principles, training of quality teams. Leading many companies to obtain the required regulatory approvals and achieved the clients predefined goals.
